After each being given our own area to research and planning putting up our theoretical exhibition we had to present back our findings to the other groups.

Artists
Becky presented her findings into the area 'Artists' as a PowerPoint on which included examples of our artwork as a group, local artists, other students and a potential featured artist. We wanted to include students art as it was to be a student created exhibition but to attract wider audiences we couldn't be niche and make it a student-only exhibit so looked at local artists that may wish to contribute and getting a featured, higher-profile artist to display their work.

Fundraising
As there is a cost to putting up an exhibition we'd need to find somewhere for the money to fund this and Anna looked at ideas of doing this. She came up with the ideas of a cake sale, a raffle, bag-packing and a sponsored-something all events in which we would rely on charity of others to fund the exhibit. Working out how much we would need for things such as launch night, location and advertising were considered in creating a budget.

Location
Lucy looked into location. As a priority keeping costs down to the bare minimum was important to us as we had a limited budget for hosting the event. Lucy's findings included pubs like The Frog and Fiddle which for a small fee would hold an exhibition for a limited amount of time but in the end we settled on The Chapel on FCH campus as it was free to use.

Launch Night
Launch night of the exhibition required pre-planning for working out potential costs. The included costs would be: decorations, food and drink and invitations. Other aspects of launch night to consider that wouldn't cost would be the lighting and music.

Advertising
I looked at advertising the exhibit and presented my findings on a mind-map. The results of my research I've posted previously in greater detail.
