Group Task

My group consists of: Myself, Becky Lees, Amy Musgrave, Georgia Brown, Anna Coffey, Lucy M and Lucy B. We have been given a group task to organize and plan theoretical event, this event could be either of the following:

• Auction 
• Book Fair 
• Exhibition 
• Online Shop
• Product
• Publication 

As a group we have decided to go ahead an plan holding an art exhibition displaying both our own work and other artists work.

After deciding to hold an art exhibition we then discussed a theme for the exhibition:

• Black and White 
• Location/Around the World
• Patterns 
• Prints 
• Youth/Being Young

We decided to go with the theme of 'Being Young'.

To organize and plan hosting this event we split the group up into diferent roles with each of us having our own area to look at. These roles were:

• Advertising 
• Artists
• Fundraising 
• Launch Night 
• Location
